Cancellation Policy
We understand that life is full of surprises, and your plans may change. We value our clients’ peace of mind and strive to be as flexible as possible. Your appointments are very important to us! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
🕓 Cancellation & Rescheduling:
24+ hours notice – No charge.
Less than 24 hours notice, Same-day cancellations or no-shows–– 100% of the service fee will be charged. At the discretion of the admin team a ONE TIME COURTESY RESCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY MAYBE OFFERED.
💳 Card on File:
A valid credit/debit card is required to reserve your appointment. You will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
🚫 No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without any notice may be required to prepay for future services.
